Parent Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in plain language, what student information AI Super Teacher may collect when a school uses the student portal.

We use student information to provide the educational service requested by the school, support teachers, personalize learning, keep the platform secure, and respond to school or parent requests. We do not sell student information or use it for targeted advertising.

Information We May Collect

  • Student profile details, such as name, nickname, grade, language, classroom, and school.
  • Parent or guardian contact details if the school provides them.
  • Classroom, course, lesson, homework, and test assignments.
  • Student answers, questions, homework, test results, scores, progress, and time spent.
  • Messages, classroom chat, notes, whiteboards, and learning work created in the platform.
  • Voice, audio, avatar, image, or uploaded work if those features are used by the school.
  • Learning summaries, recommendations, goals, and insights generated to help teachers support the student.
  • Basic technical information needed for login, security, troubleshooting, and audit logs.

Where The Information Comes From

Information may be provided by the school, teachers, parents or guardians, or the student. Some information is created automatically as the student uses lessons, practice, chat, homework, tests, or other learning activities.

Why We Use It

We use student information to run classroom activities, personalize instruction, give feedback, help teachers understand student progress, provide support materials, manage accounts, protect the platform, and meet school compliance requests.

Who Can See It

Student information is available only to people who need it for the educational service, such as the student, authorized teachers, school staff, and platform support or security staff. Access depends on each person's role.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for cloud hosting, secure storage, speech or voice tools, AI tutoring or feedback, classroom integrations, email, monitoring, and security. These providers are used only to help deliver and protect the educational service.

Voice, Images, And AI Features

If a school enables voice, audio, avatar, image, or AI-assisted features, student information may be processed to provide those features. Schools should only enable these features with the required school authorization or parent consent.

How Long We Keep Information

Student information is kept only as long as needed for the educational service, school requirements, security, legal obligations, or the applicable retention policy. Schools may request deletion or return of student information according to their agreement with us.

How Information Can Be Deleted

A parent or guardian should contact the student's school to request access, correction, export, or deletion of student information. The school can work with us to review the request and delete eligible records from the platform and related service providers where required.

Parent Consent And School Authorization

Schools may authorize collection and use of student information for school-directed educational purposes. For children under 13, parent consent may be required when information is collected outside valid school authorization or when optional media, voice, or similar features are used.
